The Lite mattress is best suited for back and stomach sleepers, who enjoy a firm sleep surface as it's about an 8 on the firmness scale. The Noa Lite is the firmest of the Noa mattresses, the Noa mattress is a medium-firm feel and the Noa Luxe falls inbetween both.
