The Simba Hybrid Essential is a medium-firm mattress, however, 95% of Simba sleepers love their mattress. If it doesn't work for you, Simba mattresses that are returned are either refurbished or recycled; they never go near a landfill site.

Improved infinity pocket springs with a breathable layer of Point Elastic Airgocell® foam work together to create a sleep environment that is both cool and comfortable all night long.
The increased size of the springs allows for improved airflow. The Point Elastic Airgocell® foam absorbs and evaporates sweat, further regulating your temperature and ensuring a restful night's sleep.

Each mattress is ergonomically engineered to provide improved support to the neck, shoulders, hips and legs. These 4 zones offer different levels of support based on your body's needs. The neck support zone helps keep your head inline with your spine. The shoulder support zone gives softer sink to relieve pressure and provide support. Pocket Springs
The first pocket spring layer has 1,000 springs engineered to move with you as you shift position to reduce pressure points. A second layer of 2,000 additional pocket springs give a little more push back and bounce. The Simba Aerocoil® microspring comfort layer
Up to 1,500 conical springs work together to distribute weight whenever they feel pressure. They are smaller and slimmer than the regular tall chunky bed springs, and because they are made of super-strong Titanium alloy (manufactured here in Leeds), this magic metal means even a micro size (25mm high with a thickness gauge of 0.9mm, which is the size of a very thin paperclip) gives you the support you need, but being so small and fine you won't feel a single one.

Multi-Zoned Foam Base
With five separate support zones to make sure the base adjusts as you move, keeping your body in perfect, sleep-inducing alignment.

Removable, Washable Top Cover
The top cover can be unzipped and is removable and washable at 30 degrees. This four way stretch cover is breathable to allow for air circulation.

UltraDry™ Original Cover
This award-winning cooling cover disperses heat and effortlessly wicks away any moisture. This premium temperature-regulating cover is removable and machine-washable and is made from 100% polyester.

The side cover is made of 100% polyester. The bottom cover is made of 85% polyester and 15% polypropylene.

A 500g super soft, hand-knitted cover; this hypoallergenic sleep surface keeps your mattress fresh and cool. The cover is not removable or washable but you can spot clean it if you choose not to use a Simba Mattress Protector.
